Fiona O’Shea – Singer Songwriter
Raw, bold and unapologetically real — Fiona O’Shea blends country storytelling with a rock-infused edge. Her voice carries the smokiness of a campfire and the richness of whiskey paired with dark chocolate — warm, textured and unmistakably soulful.
Her latest single City of Gold captures this spirit — bold, driving and story-rich, marking a powerful new chapter in her sound.

O’Shea’s artistry was sparked by three simple chords and an unshakable passion. On stage, she delivers an electrifying fusion of influences — from Stevie Nicks to Lainey Wilson — creating a sound that bridges nostalgia and new ground.
Her career began gaining momentum with the release of her debut EP Rose in 2010, earning a spot on the AMRAP charts. In the years that followed, she was recognised as a finalist in the MUSICOZ Australian Independent Awards and progressed to the second round of the APRA Professional Development Awards.
In 2014, O’Shea signed a publishing deal with James Donaldson Publishing Group (USA) and performed at the Turn Up – Sunshine Coast Music Industry Conference in 2015, further cementing her place in the country rock scene.
Her sound continued to evolve with the release of Walk Like A Giant in 2020, with the single Big Bang reaching the Top 10 on the AMRAP Regional Charts.
In 2021, her single Build Me A House debuted at #10 on the iTunes Country Singles Chart, leading to collaborations with acclaimed producer Peter Koppes (The Church) and musician Jackie Barnes.
In 2022, O’Shea signed with Rock This Country Records and was awarded funding through the Sunshine Coast Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF), supporting the release of singles including Falling Off Getting Back On, Black Jack and High High High.
Her growing catalogue has taken her to stages across Australia, including Gympie Music Muster, Tamworth Country Music Festival and Mitchell Creek Rock & Blues Festival, along with residencies on Heron Island and in Outback Queensland. She has also supported artists such as Adam Brand & The Outlaws, Bill Chambers and Jerry Speiser (Men At Work).
Fiona O’Shea is a rising force in Australian country rock — driven by authenticity, powered by story, and built for the stage.
